Drolo is a Belgian boutique pedal maker founded by David Rolo. The Moon Rabbit is a 6-stage optical phaser with features that extend far beyond traditional phaser territory.
The analog phase stages are voiced halfway between Uni-Vibe and traditional phaser voicings. Eight different LFO waveforms shape the modulation character. Tap tempo syncs the rate to your playing. Expression and CV inputs enable external control.
The envelope follower adds dynamic control, allowing the phaser sweep to respond to playing intensity. This creates pseudo auto-wah effects and responsive, expressive phasing that reacts to your touch. Covers basic phaser and vibrato sounds plus experimental territory.
