Electro-Harmonix built the Lizard King around classic analog octave circuits. Octave up and down voices with modern improvements.

Octave down uses full-wave rectification for that vintage analog sound. Octave up uses harmonic generation like the old Octavia. Each voice has independent level control. Dry blend adjusts how much original signal passes through.
