Superbolt V2
Sixties Supro amp overdrive with internal voltage boost and foot-switchable gain modes.
JHS designed the Superbolt V2 around 1960s Supro tube amplifiers, the unsung heroes behind Led Zeppelin's foundational sound. The circuit recreates that era's warm-to-cutting character while adding modern headroom through internal 18V conversion. The Drive knob mimics vintage amp volume behavior complete with tube rectifier-like sag, while the Tone control sweeps from mellow warmth to aggressive cut. A front-mounted gain toggle offers two distinct voices, and when paired with the JHS Red Remote footswitch, you can jump between them mid-song. It covers everything from clean blues sparkle to full amp meltdown, all in a pedal that remembers when amps were simple and tone was everything.
