Sericon

The Sericon is Mojo Hand's bold interpretation of the gold standard of overdrives (Klon) with more gain-shaping options than other Klones. The pedal splits the Gain control of the original design into its two op-amp stages: separate Drive and Gain controls for each stage. Three controls manipulate gain: Drive and Gain adjust the two op-amp stages independently, while Blaze places a low-pass filter in the feedback loop to further tailor response. The Blaze filter is highly interactive with Gain/Drive—at lower settings it adds low-end warmth, at higher settings it tightens and thickens the tone. Treble control adjusts post-distortion high frequencies. Running on 9V center-negative power, the Sericon delivers versatile drive from clean always-on boost to edge-of-breakup to all-out shred. 4.7" × 3.69" × 1.37" enclosure. True bypass switching.
