Octone

A faithful recreation of a rare 1970s Tychobrae/Roger Mayer Octavia, built around a transformer-based octave circuit with NOS germanium diodes. The key improvement over the original is an extended Boost control range that lets you dial in cleaner octave-up tones without the full fuzz blast.

Two controls: Level sets output volume, Boost controls octave/fuzz intensity. Back the Boost off for shimmering octave harmonics, crank it for full Hendrix/SRV Octavia mayhem. Unlike many Octavia clones, the octave effect stays pronounced even below the 12th fret.

Handcrafted in Cambridgeshire, UK with true bypass. Output levels run deliberately hot. Built for heavy Jimi and Stevie vibes.
