The Twist

The Twist combines NOS (New Old Stock) BBD chips with a modern digital LFO to deliver analog chorus, flanger, and vibrato textures with precise modulation control. The signal path remains fully analog through the BBD chip, while the digital LFO provides stable, drift-free modulation waveforms impossible with vintage all-analog designs.

Shape control continuously morphs the LFO waveform from sine to triangle to square, altering the modulation character from smooth to choppy. Rate and Width handle speed and depth, while Rezo (resonance) pushes the pedal toward flanger territory with metallic harmonic feedback. Hi/Lo switch determines whether resonance occurs in the highs or lows, and Output level compensates for the volume boost that often accompanies high resonance settings.
