The Ultra-Phonix HRM emulates the coveted Dumble Hot Rubber Monkey tube modification, which added British-voiced EL-34 character to the already rare Dumble platform.
Five controls: Master (output), Volume (preamp drive), Accent (presence and saturation), Tone (upper-mids sweepable from 800Hz to 1.6kHz), and Ratio (clean/distorted signal blend). The Accent knob is key to the HRM character, adding sizzle and harmonic saturation that the standard Ultraphonix does not have.
100% analog circuit delivering an expansive, burning-hot midrange with a British tone stack feel. 9V DC center-negative, approximately 25mA draw.
