The Truetone Clean Boost delivers up to 15dB of transparent boost without tone coloration. The pedal's distinguishing feature is its internal voltage-doubling circuit that runs at 27V—providing exceptional headroom for completely clean amplification at all boost levels. This eliminates the clipping and compression that occurs in typical 9V boost pedals when pushed hard. The high internal voltage is achieved via internal circuitry rather than requiring a special external power supply.
Features straightforward Tone and Volume controls for precise boost shaping. Works as a standalone clean boost to push amp front ends into natural overdrive, or stacks with other pedals for solo emphasis and volume lift. Equally effective on guitar and bass. The transparent design preserves your instrument's natural tone while adding volume and presence. Housed in die-cast aluminum with V2 Series construction. Dimensions: 3" × 5 11/16" (78 × 144mm).
