Triple-octave fuzz generating +1, -1, and -2 octaves simultaneously. All-discrete circuit, no ICs.
The Trike Fuzz delivers three octave settings: +1 octave, -1 and -2 octaves, or all octaves simultaneously. The series/parallel architecture of downward and upward octaves creates sounds impossible with standard octave fuzz units.
Dual Volume controls (main and -2 octave), Tone (for +1 octave), and Gain provide extensive shaping. All-discrete circuitry with specially selected diodes—no op-amp ICs—for vintage character throughout.
The downward octave circuits run in series, combining in parallel with the upward octave for diverse sound possibilities. Input impedance 680kΩ, 14mA current draw, 280-hour battery life. True bypass, rugged aluminum die-cast body.
