O1 Tube Squasher

The Xvive O1 Tube Squasher is an overdrive pedal designed by Thomas Blug featuring FET-based circuitry for low to medium gain overdrive and clean boost. The pedal uses internal supply voltage step-up to achieve more dynamic range and headroom with tight bass tones even at higher gain settings.

The four-control layout features Tone (shaping the color of distorted signal), Level (overall volume), Drive (gain amount), and a Lo Cut 2-position switch that cuts extra low frequencies to make the tone cleaner. High input impedance (500KΩ) and low output impedance (<12kΩ) ensure proper interaction with guitars and amps. Noise floor is exceptionally low at < -84dB.

True bypass switching with blue LED indication keeps the signal clean when off. The pedal runs on 9V DC power at 40mA. Its versatile gain range makes it suitable for rhythm and lead tones across various musical styles.
