Fuzz Factory Vertical

The Fuzz Factory is Zvex's flagship pedal and one of the most distinctive fuzz designs ever created. Built around carefully matched germanium transistors, it features five highly interactive controls: Volume, Gate, Compress, Drive, and Stab(ility). These parameters interact in unpredictable ways, allowing everything from tight gated fuzz to uncontrollable oscillation and shortwave radio sounds.

The Gate control squelches noise after sustain ends, while the Stab knob controls bias voltage, producing wild pitch-shifting and velcro-like textures when pushed. The circuit draws approximately 3mA, giving exceptional battery life. Each hand-painted unit uses individually tested transistors for optimal performance.
