Fuzzolo
Mini silicon fuzz derived from Mastotron and Woolly Mammoth. Pulse width shapes the waveform.
The Fuzzolo packs aggressive silicon fuzz into a tiny enclosure barely 1.5 inches wide and 3.5 inches long. Derived from Zvex's Mastotron and Woolly Mammoth circuits, it delivers rich, subby ripping textures with aggressive midrange.
Two controls shape the sound: Volume (post-gain output) and Pulse Width, which morphs the waveform from square wave to narrow peaks with wide valleys. This unique control creates everything from classic fuzz to synthy, gated textures.
An internal jumper switches between passive pickups (P) and active/bass (A) for optimal input sensitivity. Drawing about 10mA with no battery option, it requires a 9V DC power supply. The Fuzzolo proves that devastating fuzz tone doesn't require a large enclosure.
