The MD-200 is Boss's mid-range 200-series modulation pedal, combining 12 modulation algorithms in a presetable, MIDI-capable format. It covers chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo, vibrato, rotary, and more in a single pedalboard-friendly unit.

Twelve algorithms: Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo, Vibrato, Rotary, Uni-V, Overtone, Ring Mod, CE-1 (modeled), Heavy Octave, and Dimension. The CE-1 and Dimension models recreate Boss's vintage modulation circuits. 127 user presets store complete settings.

Three dedicated knobs plus a fourth parameter knob that changes function per algorithm. MIDI in/out for preset switching and parameter control. Stereo I/O, expression pedal input. At 225mA, it needs a proper power supply. 32-bit/96kHz audio engine.

The 200-series format gives the MD-200 enough controls to be hands-on without requiring deep menu navigation. For players who use multiple modulation types and want them in one presetable unit.
