SY-200 Synthesizer

The SY-200 expands the SY-1 concept into the 200-series format with 12 synth engines, 128 user presets, MIDI, and deeper editing. It's the presetable, MIDI-capable version of the SY-1's polyphonic guitar synth concept.

Twelve engines: Lead, Pad, Strings, Organ, Bass, Brass, Bell, Guitar, SFX, Sequence, Drums, and Filter. Each engine has dedicated parameters beyond the SY-1's basic controls. 128 user presets store complete synth configurations. Polyphonic tracking from standard guitar pickups.

Four knobs plus parameter selection. MIDI in/out, expression pedal input, stereo I/O. At 230mA, proper power is required. The preset storage and MIDI make the SY-200 viable for live performance where switching between synth sounds quickly is essential.

The 200-series format gives the SY-200 the control depth and preset management that the compact SY-1 lacks. For players who've outgrown the SY-1's 121 sounds and want more tweakability and preset recall.
