The Catalinbread Talisman captures the sound of classic 7'x4' studio plate reverbs in a tour-friendly pedal. Based on the EMT 140 at TapeOp's Jackpot Studios, it's 479.99% smaller than the original.

Unlike thin-sounding digital plates, the Talisman reproduces the lush, natural character heard on countless 70s recordings including Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. Studio-style controls include Pre Delay (up to 100ms) and High Pass for keeping reverb out of bass frequencies.

Time, Mix, and Volume complete the control set. An internal switch selects buffered or true bypass. The Talisman adds dimension and thickness without sounding obviously 'effecty' - the hallmark of quality plate reverb.
