Limelight

The Limelight is an all-analog fuzz and distortion unit paying tribute to the first commercially available fuzz pedal and its British derivatives. Each unit is hand-built with three hand-selected New Old Stock germanium transistors, covering everything from the earliest fuzzes through MkI and MkII-style saturation.

The Beam control morphs from nasty gated fuzz to full MkI/II-style fuzz distortion. Gain sets the input drive level, and Drive controls the output level hitting your amp. At minimum gain with Beam turned up, the Limelight produces extraordinary low-gain germanium boost sounds unlike typical fuzz pedals -- drive your amp to sonic bliss with just the Beam.

Positive ground circuit requiring an isolated power supply output or 9V battery. Do not daisy-chain with negative ground pedals. Winner of a Premier Guitar Award in October 2019.
