The Dookie Drive V2 maintains the same circuit that captures Billie Joe Armstrong's two-amp Dookie sound, with updated artwork. The blend of scooped high-gain and midrange-focused crunch that defined 1994's most influential punk album remains intact.

Output, Gain, Tone, Blend, and Scoop controls provide the same flexibility as the original version. The circuit recreates Armstrong's modified Marshall stack setup, blended in varying ratios across the album's tracks.

MXR rebuilt his actual amps in pedal form after extensive analysis and A/B testing. The result nails that dirty, punchy, articulate Green Day tone that influenced countless bands.
