The Sinvertek N5+ 3D Standard represents culmination and final version of entire N5+ lineage, limited to only 99 units worldwide. This pedal employs TACPP (True Amp Circuit Preamp Pedal) architecture, featuring exact same gain stage circuit topology as high-gain tube amplifiers. 3D designation refers to significant sonic improvement over original N5+ - approximately 20% improvement in tone detail and quality, with extremely transparent, three-dimensional sonic character that responds to playing dynamics with uncanny accuracy.
Control layout features 12 comprehensive controls: Volume, Gain Structure (Vintage/Modern/Ultra), Low End EQ (Medium/Tight/Heavy), Gain, Bass, Top End Attack (Mid & High Freq/Off/+ High Freq), Mids, Treble, Mid Range Freq (Mid/Low/High Mid), Resonance, Profile Switch Upper Toggle (High Saturation/Low Saturation), Profile Switch Lower Toggle (High End Freq Focus/Low End Freq Focus), and Presence. Compared to previous 3D variants like Titanium version, Standard features fully labeled controls, making navigation of complex layout significantly easier during performance and recording situations.
Drive Generating Stages incorporate two Gain Saturation options and three Gain Structure options, while Tone Shaping Network offers two frequency spectrum choices called Tone Density, collectively providing up to 12 fundamentally different drive tones covering crunch through ultra high-gain territories. Standard version's tone enhancement is particularly noticeable in low-frequency response - described as getting "even bigger the same way when you engage depth knob on Soldano SLO" - providing substantial, full-range tone with exceptional bottom-end authority and clarity.
