High Gear

The High Gear is a two-stage overdrive from Skreddy Pedals. While detailed technical documentation for this particular model is limited compared to other Skreddy offerings, it represents Marc Ahlfs' approach to gain staging — using two cascading overdrive stages for increasing saturation and harmonic complexity.

Designed as a versatile overdrive covering clean boost through medium-gain territory. Like all Skreddy pedals, it responds dynamically to guitar volume and picking dynamics, cleaning up naturally when the guitar volume is rolled back.

Handmade in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. True bypass. 9V battery or standard DC adapter.
