Counter Current

The Counter Current delivers degraded, lo-fi reverb textures with built-in saturation. Unlike pristine digital reverbs, this unit embraces grit and character through its Drive control that saturates virtual transducers.

Tone, Feedback, Decay, Drive, and Level controls shape the sound. The Feedback knob sets intensity for the momentary feedback footswitch. Press and hold that switch to push the reverb into oscillation ranging from mild swells to screeching howls.

An expression jack provides hands-free control over the Drive parameter. The combination of saturation and feedback creates sounds from subtle degraded ambience to full chaos. True bypass, top-mounted jacks, hand-made in Montreal.
