The Stone Deaf EP-1 Active Expression Pedal is purpose-built for use with Stone Deaf's parametric EQ pedals including the PDF-2, Warp Drive, Kliptonite, Fig Fumb, and Trashy Blonde. Its custom reverse log taper potentiometer enables wide frequency sweeps that surpass most wah and expression pedals.
The EP-1 provides control across the full frequency spectrum from 35Hz to 6kHz on Stone Deaf's overdrive pedals, transforming them into expressive wah-like effects or phaser-style sweeps. This integration is what makes Stone Deaf's approach unique—parametric EQ combined with expression control.
