Camoflange

Original version of the fully analog BBD flanger designed by Dan Coggins, formerly of Lovetone. Uses NOS Matsushita BBD chip running at 9V. Dan Coggins' second modulation design since leaving Lovetone.

Depth, Rate, Blend, Treble, Manual, and Harmonics controls. Manual adjusts the static flange position for hollow tones, liquid chorus, and pitch-bending effects. Harmonics adds odd harmonics to open up the sonic palette. Stereo wet/dry outputs.

Covers vintage Electric Mistress-style high-frequency shimmer through jet-flanger and chorus territory. The Manual knob and Harmonics control provide extensive tonal sculpting beyond typical flangers. Later superseded by the MKII with higher-headroom BBDs and 18V internal operation. 150mA draw, 100mm x 125mm x 53mm.
