Sir Henry

Tinsley Audio is a boutique builder specializing in handmade univibe pedals that stay faithful to the original Shin-Ei Univibe circuit topology. Each Sir Henry is hand-assembled using custom-tuned photocells and an incandescent bulb (not LED-based) to recreate the lush throb of the 1960s original.

The control layout includes Speed, Intensity, and Level knobs, plus a unique dual speed switching system—the left footswitch works with the standard Speed knob, while the right footswitch activates a second speed controlled by a large foot-adjustable knob. This allows instant tempo changes mid-performance without bending down. Some models accept vintage-style expression pedals for speed control and bypass cancel operation. True bypass switching preserves tone when disengaged.

Powered by 120V AC (some models feature a voltage selector for 120/230V 50/60Hz international use). These pedals deliver authentic Trower/Hendrix-era swirl without modern digital approximations.
