Prysm
Early-1970s-style fuzz with smooth mid-scooped character and lower gain—David Gilmour-inspired tones, handmade in NC.
The Prysm recreates early 1970s fuzz character with roots in circuits famously adopted by David Gilmour of Pink Floyd. Lower gain and pronounced mid-range scoop produce a uniquely smooth texture that sits well in mixes without the aggressive mid-forward attack of typical Big Muff-style fuzzes.
The mid-scooped voicing creates space for vocals and other instruments while maintaining thick, sustaining fuzz tones. Lower gain compared to modern high-saturation fuzzes allows more dynamic control and clearer note articulation, suitable for melodic lead work where every note needs definition. The Prysm excels at sustained, singing lead tones reminiscent of Gilmour's soaring solos.
Ultra-bright LED for stage visibility, rugged foot switch, easy-to-grab knobs, pedalboard-friendly enclosure. Handmade in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Prysm targets players seeking smooth, musical fuzz that enhances tone without overwhelming mixes, ideal for psychedelic rock, prog, and ambient genres where fuzz serves melody rather than aggression.
