Four clipping modes provide distinct overdrive character: Silicon mode contains 4 silicon diodes (1N4148, 2 diodes per signal cycle) delivering incredible dynamics and standard overdrive character, Germanium mode uses 2 germanium diodes (1N34A, 1 diode per signal cycle) providing much higher volume than other modes with less distortion making it ideal for boosting other overdrives or pushing tube amplifiers, LED mode employs 2 red LEDs (1 LED per signal cycle) featuring less compression and more output level for open transparent tones, and MOSFET mode utilizes 2 MOSFETs (2N7000, 1 MOSFET per signal cycle) creating the most distortion allowing compressed aggressive tones approaching distortion territory.

Stores 6 presets accessible via preset footswitch or MIDI enabling instant recall of different gain settings, EQ configurations, and clipping mode combinations without manual knob adjustments. Bass control via trimpot on right side of pedal provides precise low-end adjustment without dedicating front-panel knob, addressing players who set bass response once then leave it. MIDI integration enables preset changes and parameter control via external MIDI controllers or switchers.
