Meraki
Stereo analog delay with eight MN3005 BBD chips, 1200ms delay time, and ping-pong/series modes.
The Meraki is Walrus Audio's premium analog delay, using eight MN3005 bucket brigade chips for remarkably long delay times while maintaining true analog character. 1200ms of delay time from an all-analog circuit is exceptional.
Three delay modes—Parallel (standard stereo), Ping-Pong (bouncing between channels), and Series (left channel feeds right)—provide distinct stereo behaviors. Independent left/right feedback controls enable complex rhythmic patterns. Modulation with adjustable depth, rate, and phase adds warmth and movement.
Tilt EQ shapes the delay tone from dark to bright. 5-pin MIDI allows preset recall and clock sync, though it can't adjust analog parameters like mix or feedback. Two bypass modes offer trails or true bypass. The tap switch triggers momentary oscillation when held. External tap/expression jack expands control options.
