Pink
Lucky Cat
Digital delay with tape/digital modes. 1000ms max, tap tempo, dual modulation, heavy or light mod.
JHS built the Lucky Cat as a ground-up rebuild of the Pink Panther—their very first delay pedal from 2007, originally produced in only 100 units before the chipset vanished. The circuit delivers pristine digital delay with vintage tape emulation and comprehensive modulation options.
A side-mounted switch toggles between Vintage Tape mode (compressed, slightly driven echo character) and Digital Clean mode (crisp, pristine repeats). Delay time runs from short slapback to 1000ms. The modulation switch provides three settings: light for subtle movement, off for clean repeats, and heavy for seasick warble that users describe as almost too lush.
Tap tempo with ratio subdivisions (quarter, dotted eighth, eighth, triplets) syncs to tempo. External tap jack enables pedalboard integration. Time, Mix, Ratio, Repeats, and Darken (EQ) knobs provide complete control. At 75mA draw, efficient for digital processing with modulation. Two delay engines, one pedal.
