With gain control at zero, Secret-1 delivers pristine clean boost that adds volume without coloring your tone. As gain increases, pedal adds creamy overdrive and sustain without introducing harsh high frequencies. Pedal remains highly dynamic even at extreme settings, providing exceptional clarity and note definition while creating smooth overdrive textures that never lose character.
Three-knob interface—Gain, Tone, and Volume—offers intuitive control over pedal's voice. Secret-1 accepts power from 9V to 24V DC (center-negative), with 18V being recommended voltage for optimal dynamics and harmonic complexity.
