Germanium Tumnus

The Germanium Tumnus represents Brian Wampler's ultimate Klon tribute, using the same vintage-spec germanium clipping diodes found in early Klon Centaurs. After hunting down a small stash of these elusive components, Wampler created this limited edition with an extra edge of aggression.

The germanium diodes add subtle harmonic complexity and a slightly more aggressive character compared to the silicon-diode Tumnus. Controls remain the same—Gain, Level, Treble—with the same dynamic response and touch sensitivity.

The Alien Silver finish distinguishes this limited run from its golden sibling. For players who believe the diodes matter, the Germanium Tumnus offers that vintage spec in a modern, reliable pedal.
