Original overdrive/boost design running at 25V internally from a 9V supply for wide dynamic range and extra headroom. Not a clone—uses a JRC3404 op-amp, a distant relative of the JRC4558 found in vintage Tube Screamers, chosen for its ability to handle 25V while maintaining warmth.

Lows, Mids, and Highs controls form an interactive 3-band EQ modeled on vintage Fender amp tone stacks where cutting treble raises lows. Voice toggle switch selects between two clipping modes: MOSFET transistors plus germanium diode for Marshall-like saturated gain, or LED clipping for Fender-like open dynamics.

More of a studio-quality tone-shaping drive than a typical overdrive pedal. The 25V headroom and interactive EQ work equally well with guitar and bass. True hardwire bypass, 8mA draw, 4.8 x 2.6 x 1.6 inches, 10.5 oz.
