The Xotic AC Booster delivers the chimey, harmonically-rich character of a Vox AC30 pushed to the edge of breakup. This versatile boost/overdrive combines transparent gain staging with an effective two-band EQ section, allowing you to sculpt tones from clean boost to medium-gain overdrive while maintaining note clarity and dynamic response.

The Gain control moves from subtle boost through crunchy overdrive, while the independent Bass and Treble controls provide ±15dB of adjustment for precise tonal shaping. The AC Booster excels at enhancing clean amps with AC30-style chime and sparkle, or adding gain texture without muddying your core tone. Internal trim pots allow further customization of bass and gain response. The compact enclosure features true bypass switching and can operate on 9-18V DC for increased headroom at higher voltages.
